Returns & Refund Policy
At kamp̄o, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any skincare products that have been opened or used.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kampo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kampo.co.uk with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
