Thank you for shopping with kamp̄o. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Method We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

3. UK Delivery We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. kamp̄o is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery option.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com.

6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office. kamp̄o is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@kampo.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
